Accounting & Office Administrator

(Part-time/Full-time and Permanent Position)

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping and account assignment using accounting software (not SAP)
  • Financial accounting, accounts receivable & accounts payable
  • Office assistance and administration
  • General secretarial tasks and organizational duties

Qualifications & Profile

  • Commercial training and relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Structured and independent work style
  • Good command of spoken and written German
  • Basic knowledge of English
